One stop valve for every function or appropriate thermostatic approved diverter is required with a 3/4" thermostatic setup. What do I do if the handles on my wall mounted lavatory faucet do not line up correctly?
Adjust the stem adapter at the end of the stem until the handle is aligned.
Where can I find the quick connect nipple for my roman tub set?
The quick connect sits inside the deck housing. When looking at the quick connect, if the opening is a 1″ diameter hole, then the nipple is missing. If the opening is 3/4″, then the nipple is there and you just need to pull it out of the deck housing.
Always make sure that plumbers tape is put on the nipple as instructed in the installation instructions. If tape is not used the spout will leak at the base. Also, if Teflon tape is on the nipple, it has the ability to leak from there as well, but that is typically not going to be the case.
What should I set my Water Pressure to be for the Roman Tub?
The recommended water pressure would be between 40-60 PSI.
There are no extensions available for the bridge faucets. The counter would need to be routed out from the bottom to make it fit.
Replace the diverter cartridge. Contact customer service with the model number and date of purchase.
The handle on my bridge faucet is wobbly. What do I do?
Tighten the screw under the handle that secures the stem adapter to the cartridge.
On my free standing tub filler, the spout is wobbly and/or is able to swivel.
Tighten the set screw on the back side of the body that secures the spout into place. The spout should not wobble or swivel when properly installed.
